In order to participate, you must have taken part in the Ng\u00f6ndro retreat in July, or previously received instructions about the practice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is said that learning the Ng\u00f6ndro is similar to learning the alphabet, as despite being referred to as \"preliminary\" practices, they are never abandoned by the practitioner, and are applied throughout the spiritual path, until enlightenment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If diligently applied, this method purifies obscurations and negative karma, creating conditions for the practitioner to receive higher teachings - such as those of the Great Perfection.
