The Ngondro<\/strong> are the preliminary practices of Tibetan Buddhism, and are considered to be the alphabet with which the student will write their whole spiritual practice.<\/p>\n

The practices are intense and require a commitment, including a physical one, from those who engage on this path. Taking this commitment into consideration, even beginners may participate.<\/p>\n

It is said that the Ngondro purifies obscurations and prepares the mind to receive and absorb the highest teachings.<\/p>\n

Lama Tsering<\/strong>\u00a0will lead the teachings and instructions on the Ngondro in 6 sessions, at the Urban Centre in S\u00e3o Paulo and at the Temple (see below)<\/em>. The Guru Rinpoche Empowerment will be given, necessary for one of the mantra accumulations.<\/p>\n
