This is the year 2,151, the year of the Wood Dragon.<\/p>\n The day before Losar (Friday 9), it is a tradition among Tibetans to carry out a general clean-up of the home, closets and personal practice environment.<\/p>\n This is also the time when we emphasize the practice of Vajrakilaya. This practice helps us to remove the obstacles of the past year, paving the way for the new year.<\/p>\n After Losar, in the first fifteen days after the new year, we have the sacred period Ch\u00f6trul D\u00fcchen<\/strong>, when the fact that Buddha Shakyamuni manifested one miracle a day for fifteen days is celebrated and reaches its peak on the full moon, on the 24th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In this very special period, the effects of our actions, both virtuous and non-virtuous, are multiplied millions of times.
