With all the demands of daily life, it is a great challenge managing not only to maintain a formal practice routine, but also to deepen and become familiar with the different aspects of meditation.<\/p>\n
To support the sangha in creating a stable practice routine, for this year the focus will be on Red Tara meditation, the supreme method which, when applied diligently, helps us to reveal the true nature of our mind.<\/p>\n
In the coming weeks, Lama Tsering will offer a series of teachings for those who already have the empowerment and do this meditation regularly. In these meetings she will guide her students on how to practice in a deeper way, clearing up doubts and giving precious instructions on the stages of development and completion in the context of the Red Tara sadhana.<\/p>\n
This is an excellent opportunity for those who already practice daily and wish to deepen their Tara meditation.<\/p>\n
Participation is especially recommended for those who are engaged in the accumulation of one million, two hundred thousand Tara mantra.<\/p>\n
