Taking this commitment into consideration, even beginners may participate.<\/p>\n<p>It is said that the Ngondro purifies obscurations and prepares the mind to receive and absorb the highest teachings.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Lama Tsering<\/strong>\u00a0will lead the teachings and instructions on the Ngondro in 6 sessions, at the Urban Centre in S\u00e3o Paulo and at the Temple <em>(see below)<\/em>. The Guru Rinpoche Empowerment will be given, necessary for one of the mantra accumulations.<\/p>\n<div class=\"push\" style='height:40px'><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"sep\"><\/div>\n<div
