The empowerment will be granted on June 29. \n\nParticipation can be in person or online. \nIn preparation for the retreat\, registrants will receive a link to watch a teaching by Lama Tsering on what empowerment is and why to do it\, as well as refuge and bodhichitta. \nIt is possible to stay at the Temple. \nThe teachings in this module will not be recorded. \nThe empowerment will take place on Saturday (29) at 9am. There are vegan\, gluten-free\, lactose-free and zero sugar options. \n  \n- You bring your own meal: \nIt is also possible to bring your own meal to warm up. We have a pantry with a microwave oven\, fridge and sink. \n  \n- Restaurants nearby: \nThere are a few restaurants near the Temple that serve meals.
