DESCRIPTION:On October 28\, there will be a lunar eclipse and during the event we will do the daily practice of Essence of Ongoing Yoga. \nIf you don't have empowerment\, instructions\, familiarity\, or text to go along with the practice\, you can join the sangha by doing Shower of Blessings practice. \n You can participate in person\, at the Temple\, or online. The online broadcast will be by zoom on this link. \n\nStart\n3pm (UTC-3) \nEnd\n7pm (UTC-3) \n\nEclipses are conducive to meditation\, because at these times the subtle energies of our body harmonize.  \nIt is also said that the result of our thoughts\, words and actions are potentiated. \nIf you can't go to the Temple during the eclipse\, you can do your practice at home or wherever you are.
