Ngöndro Practice Retreats
Through her great generosity, Lama Tsering has provided the opportunity for practitioners of the Ngöndro, the preliminary practices of Tibetan Buddhism, to perform their accumulations at Odsal Ling Temple one weekend per month, divided into 3 daily practice sessions.
The Ngöndro practice sessions will be organized as follows (UTC-3)
• Session 1: 9 am to 12 pm
• Session 2: 2 pm to 4.30 pm
• Session 3: 7 pm to 9:00 pm
Each person will do their own accumulation, but the idea of group practice is to give and receive the support of the sangha. The presence of the sangha, committed to the same path, helps to inspire us and remind us of the precious Ngöndro teachings received from Lama Tsering and other masters.
Please note: this is a practice retreat. There will be no teachings.
