There is no option for online participation." color="juicy-pink" size="lg"][vc_column_text] \nNgondro Retreat\n\n\n\nIn January\, Lama Tsering will give teachings on Ngöndro\, the preliminary practices of Vajrayana Buddhism. It is said that learning Ngöndro is similar to learning the alphabet\, because although they are so-called “preliminary” practices\, they are never abandoned by the practitioner\, and are applied throughout the spiritual path\, until enlightenment. \nThis method\, if applied diligently\, purifies obscurations and negative karma\, creating conditions for the practitioner to receive higher teachings - such as those of the Great Perfection.
