DESCRIPTION:[vc_row css=".vc_custom_1607706788652{margin-right: 3% !important;margin-left: 3% !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}"][vc_column width="2/3"][vc_column_text] \nTaras's Delight\nDeepening the practice of Red Tara\n\n\nWith all the demands of daily life\, it is a great challenge managing not only to maintain a formal practice routine\, but also to deepen and become familiar with the different aspects of meditation. \nTo support the sangha in creating a stable practice routine\, for this year the focus will be on Red Tara meditation\, the supreme method which\, when applied diligently\, helps us to reveal the true nature of our mind. \nIn the coming weeks\, Lama Tsering will offer a series of teachings for those who already have the empowerment and do this meditation regularly.
