Sometimes we think of giving up and putting everything on hold... Due to our ingrained habits of self-centeredness and trying to change the world around us\, we generate negative emotions\, suffering\, and difficulties. \nIn the Bodhisattva Action Retreat\, Lama Tsering teaches how to act wisely in situations like these. The path begins with a change of mindset: we have to pay attention to the way we act and react when facing different circumstances\, instead of wanting to change the world or those around us. In Mahayana Buddhism\, we are inspired by the figure of the Bodhisattva\, a being who vows to liberate him or herself in order to then liberate all other beings from suffering.
